Detailed Design and Preparation (“DDEP”)

• The detailed well design and completion design will be prepared followed by an Executable Drilling and Completion Programs.
• This will also include detailed Recommended Working Procedures (“RWP”), Safe Operating Practices (“SOP”) and Management of Change process (“MoC”). Subsurface provides the detailed geological prognosis and geological program to be incorporated.
• A detailed Authorization For Expenditure (AFE) is generated.
• The tender process is completed, rig and services are awarded contracts and are mobilized, long lead items ordered and delivered, statutory approvals obtained and all key personnel are deployed.
• All preparation done to commence the well operations.
